1. I purchased in euro in eu shop but the shipment is from uk. There was no info about it. So I have to pay additional border tax.
2 I had to ask twice for invoice and my invoice should be without VAT. Still I had to pay Vat and it was not deducted from the price so I had to pay 3 times tax with border tax
3. I am sentinel redbate instructor and was promised discount that was not applied.
4. I was asked if I would like to offer your products. I replied to that offer and never was contacted again.
5 in overall I am not impressed with the quality of the service and customer relations, I can not rate the product since I have not received it yet due to wrongly issued invoice and late invoice correct and up instead of eu shipment

Good service quick postage , did not fit the sensors yet , but there should be no problem , the cave markers are well made (printed) however I am used to a bigger size , the arrow should be just slightly bigger, but "rem" marker needs to be double the size , thats for easier handling in the cold water, easier to see in the bad conditions , easier to personalise ,which is crucial ,
anyways , great service , well recomended ,will be ordering again thanks
